Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Varinus app and services, published by Varinus LLC. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

Athlete & coach accounts

Each user is responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. Coaches undertake to provide support consistent with their published offers and to comply with the regulations applicable to their activity.

Payments & commissions

Payments are processed via Stripe. A commission applies depending on the coach's plan (10% on Free, 0% on Pro). Stripe transaction fees still apply. Coaching prices are set freely by each coach.

Subscriptions

Varinus Premium (athlete app) and Varinus Coach Pro (coach app) are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through the App Store and Google Play. The price for your region is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

These subscriptions cover features inside the app. They are separate from coaching services and video calls, which are one-to-one services delivered in the real world by independent coaches and paid directly through Stripe.

Liability

Varinus provides a matchmaking platform and tools. Training and nutrition programs must be followed with regard to your physical condition; consult a health professional if in doubt.
